Basel Accord Consulting and Training (BACT) Centre was originally part of the PMCT Accountants and Consultants portfolio from January 2005 till December 2018 and was supported by Absolute Financial Software Solutions (AFSS). In January 2019, due to a significant increase in operations and strategic consideration, BACT Centre was transferred to form part of Financial Consulting and Training Centre (FCTC) Limited as a specialised entity for training and consulting.

ABOUT VINCENT SANTENG

With vast experience in portfolio management, training leadership, and financial expertise, Vincent Santeng launched the Financial Consulting and Training Centre (FCTC) Limited. This entity oversees a range of expanding training programs and consultancy services, supported by PMCT Accountants & Consultants, Absolute Financial Software Solution (AFSS), and Absolute Accountancy Software (AA). Vincent's background as an investment banker, risk management, and compliance specialist, along with software development, underpins this initiative.

Further bolstering his efforts are various outsourcing services overseen by Outsource Professional Directors (OPD). The operations of the Basel Accord Consulting & Training (BACT) Centre fall under FCTC's management, which also includes Financial Products Training, Financial Markets Training, and Business Forum Training (BFT). For comprehensive training and consulting, all relevant associate entities collaborate to ensure end-to-end service excellence for attendees and clients.
